Begin with an hour of therapeutic and relaxing Yin Yoga practice, with long holds of beneficial yoga stretches supported by blankets, blocks and bolsters.

Then relax to the resonating sound waves of gongs and crystal bowls to release blockages and stress, quieting your mind and reviving your heart and spirit.

Suitable for everyone, whether or not you do yoga.
