Sarah has been studying yoga for 30 years. Her teaching is steeped in a profound understanding of ancient wisdom delivered in an unpretentious and honest way.

LOCATION - Our home for the weekend is among the rolling hills and ancient woodland of a 270 acre farm in Romsey, near the New Forest.
FOOD - Our chef was trained at Leith’s and creates feasts for sharing. Nourishing and delicious vegetarian food made on site, every meal is thoughtfully crafted to support your well-being and health. We are inspired by the food of India and the Levant to create delicious meals to celebrate.
