1-3 November, 2025
A transformative and empowering experience at our best selling Yoga + Ayurveda Retreat.
The theme for this yoga retreat is Holding Up the Sky.
Modern women are holding up the sky- we are looking after elderly relatives, supporting our teenagers & young adults, or caring for young children, we are there for our friends & holding space for our partners, whilst working hard at our careers. This emotional and physical burden isn’t often acknowledged, most of all by the women who are doing it. It’s time you had break.
This weekend is designed to honour and celebrate female power and strength. To provide room to breathe, rest, dream and envision. Throughout the weekend, you'll recharge and refuel with nourishing food, yoga, meditation, relaxation & breathwork.
We bring you everything you need to unwind and take it easy.
There will be wood burning fires and cosy spots to curl up in.
There will be peace, quiet and room to breathe.
There will be the happy after-glow of brilliant yoga sessions.
There will be no pressure.
In between classes, you'll be encouraged to take time to do exactly what you need to do. Journal, take a walk, read your book, chat to friends, or nothing at all.
It’s your weekend.
