Hello, I’m Sarah.
I have been studying and practising yoga for 30 years and during this time have witnessed over and over again the positive transformation that yoga brings to body and mind.
You deserve to feel comfortable in your body, to be strong but also flexible and to feel confident in your own skin. You deserve to feel calm and inspired, ready to meet each day with clarity and a positive outlook. If you’re not living with all of your heart, if you feel fractured and out of sorts, if you are living with pain or constant stress, then something is missing. You deserve better.
The approach I teach, the one that was taught to me by my teachers over almost 30 years, is the modern application of ancient teachings. Yoga has evolved over centuries to meet the citizens of each age where they are and this is no less true in the 21st century.
I want you to enjoy your yoga practice, to find it fun and fulfilling, I want to help you to be pain free, full of vitality and ready to live your fullest life. My skill lies in the intelligent application of yoga postures and practices to improve physical and mental health and spiritual wellbeing.
