The pace, content and flexibility of the delivery of this course are perfectly balanced. Sarah is an inspiring teacher and teaches authentically from her heart. Sarah is a very experienced teacher and is sharing her knowledge openly with the group. The training is very detailed and made easily understandable. Questions are answered profoundly and in detail to make sure everyone understands the topics discussed. Sarah has a vast knowledge on anatomy which she conveys to the group in a professional manner, together with examples of poses and including important physiological details.

Keira did yoga with Sarah for many years, until we moved away. Keira loves yoga and Sarah deserves massive credit for creating an environment where Keira could do physiotherapy in a way that she enjoys. Sarah’s efforts allowed Keira to develop core strength to be able to walk with stability, to be able to walk up and down stairs without always needing the handrail and to even be able to jump.
