TERMS & CONDITIONS
THAT YOGA MASSAGE

Payment:
1. Your place is not reserved until you have paid the appropriate fee.  All payments to Oak Tree Yoga are non-refundable.
2. No transfers are permitted.
3. No refunds will be made for late arrival or failure to attend the appointment.

Health:
4. If you have a medical condition, serious or otherwise, you must inform Oak Tree Yoga at time of booking.
5. If you are in doubt as to your fitness to attend the massage, it is your responsibility to check with your health professional.
6. You must inform Oak Tree Yoga if you are pregnant, or might be pregnant.
7. Covid-19: Massage will go ahead as long as it is allowed under British government guidance.

Amendments by Oak Tree Yoga:
8. Rarely, changes may have to be made (e.g. times or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to make at any time.  If the venue has to be changed for any reason, we will do our utmost to provide a venue at a similar location.  If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
9. We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a massage, in which case we will offer a full refund of all monies paid within 20 working days.
10. Massage requires physical touch, in booking your massage you acknowledge this fact. It is your responsibility to inform the massage therapist when an adjustment has gone as far as you desire at the time that the adjustment is given.

Liabilities:
11. We accept responsibility for ensuring that the massage is supplied as described.
12. We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, the threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.
13. We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Massage is undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the massage.
14. We are not liable for the loss or damage of your personal property.
15. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the massage room at our discretion if your behaviour is disruptive or abusive.
