Authentic yoga for the modern world.
At Oak Tree Yoga we teach Vinyasa Yoga: a dynamic and graceful flow of sequences that synchronise mind and body by aligning breath and movement.
We host a range of classes, workshops and retreats and we cater to everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
Sarah has been studying the philosophy and practice of yoga for over 30 years and her classes are imbued with the wisdom and kindness of a lifetime of dedication to yoga.
Her ethos is that yoga is the manifestation of human wisdom for the benefit of all and she puts this into practice by teaching broadly - adepts, disabled, beginners, all are welcome here.
She is a Registered Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) with Yoga Alliance Professionals, which is the highest accolade in professional yoga teaching in the UK. She has 10,000 hours of teaching experience and is certified to teach yoga classes, workshops and yoga teacher training courses.
